Hudson Moody transact the sale and rental of residential property in and around the cities of York and Leeds. The company was founded by Ben Hudson and Peter Moody, both Chartered Surveyors within the City of York in 1996.
The company originally dealt with the sale and rental of predominantly period houses, however we quickly expanded into the new homes market and now has a number of offices throughout the Yorkshire region.
In 2008, Hudson Moody were delighted to be voted top Estate Agent in Yorkshire and Humberside together with the prestigious accolade of top Online Agent in the country at the prestigious Estate Agents of the Year Awards. Our aim is to provide a professional yet approachable service offering sound advice whilst embracing dynamic marketing techniques.
