A Brief History
Originally set up by Ben Hudson and Peter Moody, both chartered surveyors, in High Petergate, York, in 1996, the company expanded with 3 further York offices at Nunnery Lane, Upper Poppleton and Haxby.
In 2001 Kristian Wass joined to head up the Leeds office based in Park Square. From here Hudson Moody were able to offer their high level of service to clients across Leeds and further afield in many other districts of Yorkshire. In 2002 the company opened it's sixth office "PINK" within York city centre, specialising in the first time buyer end of the market. In the same year a dedicated residential lettings office was opened in York consolidating the existing lettings business. In 2007 Ben Faulkes was made a partner to strengthen our management team.
