A little behind the scenes of something we’re really pleased to be part of this spring!

Our Easter egg sculpture for the upcoming Eggsplore York trail is currently being created by @schieweceramics , and here’s a first look at the early stages. Inspired by our business story, it’s now heading off to be fired before the painting begins, and we’re looking forward to seeing it really come to life!

The egg will feature as part of a city-wide Easter trail over the holidays, alongside a collection of handcrafted ceramic sculptures displayed in independent businesses across York and Haxby. The trails encourage people to explore the high street, discover somewhere new, and support the local businesses that make these areas so special.
