I am the Managing Director of Hudson Moody, having founded the company in 1996. I have had over 40 years experience within the property industry, having held many key roles such as President of York and District Estate Agents and Valuers Assoiation, City of York Councillor. I am a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors , Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and passionate about property. I chair the York Diocecan property committe which looks after many of the church properties in Yorkshire. I enjoy embracing the latest property marketing techniques as they constantly evolve.   I have four grown up children who keep me on my toes !
